Matty Groves (Short Film)
A student thesis film chronicling the struggles of a senior high school wrestler. I was the co-producer and assistant director on this college short film. We were awarded a grant of $10K by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association to make this film.
“Thank You, Elleni”
In preparation for filming a story about the struggles of highschool wrestling, the team filmed a mini documentary on Elleni Ortega, the first female wrestler at her highschool. We felt it important to understand the culture of wrestling as well as grow the bonds of our team.
